The carefully landscaped property of ONE WORLD RENTALS is a unique oasis in the center of Placencia. The sandy ground and the palm trees help you to slip into the holiday spirit. It is the perfect place to experience the village life and to enjoy the beautiful beach (map).

The three brightly painted Caribbean style buildings were built in 2005, the four studio rentals underneath were added in 2008.

All upstairs units have fully equipped kitchens with stove, large refridgerator, dishes, pots, coffee maker and toaster. Each one has a tiled bathroom with hot and cold water and shower. The living area with cozy couch and the hammock on the breezy, fully screened porch make the houses even more comfortable. Being built on stilts, the cabins get good air circulation and there are ceiling fans installed in all the rooms.

The peach BUTTERFLY is the most spacious one of all (22 ft by 23 ft). It has two bedrooms with one bed each (queen and double size). Wired DSL and a phone are installed here. A/C in one bedroom, cable TV.		The blue ANGELFISH is the one bedroom house (18 ft by 21 ft) with a queen size bed; it is ideal for couples. An additional sleeping sofa offers extra space for a third person. Wireless internet and cable TV are available.		The green TURTLE (20 ft by 22 ft) has two bedrooms and is similar to the BUTTERFLY but has a smaller living area. There is an additional folding bed if needed (to be used in any one of the three houses). Wireless internet and cable TV are available.

The studios with one queen size bed each are cozy and air-conditioned. They have a kitchenette with a four burner stove, a fridge, pots and dishes, a coffee maker and also a table. The private bathroom has hot and cold water and a shower. All floors are tiled.

The beautiful, private courtyard with its plants, chairs and picnic table is accessible to all guests - it is very nice to relax here in the evening!

Sheets and towels (including beach towels) are provided - a washing machine is on site for all guests.

Free wireless internet access, cable TV and a hammock are available in all seven units.
All studios are air-conditioned.

Families enjoy ONE WORLD RENTALS especially. The near beach with its safe, shallow water (it is a short sandy path which brings you to the water), the close access to the village and the fact that the whole family can live together in a fully equipped house makes the stay comfortable and relaxing.
